HONEY BUNCH, NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION

HONEY BUNCH-NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION

Honey Bunch is not yet available for adoption. She is in our foster program. Honey is a fearful little dog; she lived on the streets for quite some time so she has learned to be protective of herself.

Her foster mom is working to socialize Honey and to show her that life is good and she doesn’t need to worry anymore.

Honey loves the other dogs in her foster home; she runs and plays with them and is quite social with her doggie friends. She is also good with the cats in her foster home.

Honey will require an all adult home one that has a calm and quiet energy.

We have had Honey fully vetted as she needed some major dental work as well as being spayed, back dew claws removed and up to date vaccinations.

We will post when Honey is available for adoption.

OUR CUTIE PIE BABY GIRL, PUG/BOXER MIX

BABY GIRL

Age: 5 years old
Size: Medium 35 lbs.
Health: Good Health, vet checked, fully vaccinated including rabies, flea treatments, fully dewormed, heart worm negative, spayed, dental scaling and polish and micro chipped

Baby Girl is such a love bug. She has such a character and her big sad brown eyes will always win you over. She is active and likes to go on walks, she can be a pull and needs to be reminded to walk nicely. She loves to cuddle on the couch and snuggle in bed with you. She gives lots and lots of kisses. She loves to play ball and keeps herself amused for hours.

She is very good with children and we are recommending children over the age of 7 years who are respectable around dogs.

Baby Girl should be the only dog in the home as she can be quite bossy with other dogs.  She is fine with cats that are used to dogs.  If the cat is afraid and runs then Baby Girls think the game of chase in on.

A fully fenced in yard in a must.

If you are interested in meeting Baby Girl and think she may be the fit for you please download our application or email us to request an application. A completed application is required prior to meeting the dogs.

When AARF rescues a dog, we feel that it is our responsibility, to both the dog and the potential adopter, to make the best possible match. With this in mind, we do everything that we can to gather enough information to ensure a permanent adoption. Completing an application does not guarantee approval to adopt from our rescue. AARF Rescue reserves the right to refuse adoption of animal to anyone who they believe cannot or will not provide an appropriate environment for the animal. We may receive several applications to adopt a particular animal. When that occurs, we chose the application which seems the best fit with the animal’s needs and personality. We do not process adoption applications on a first come basis.
