Size: Medium 35 lbs.
Health: Good Health, vet checked, fully vaccinated including rabies, flea treatments, fully dewormed, heart worm negative, spayed, dental scaling and polish and micro chipped

Baby Girl is such a love bug. She has such a character and her big sad brown eyes will always win you over. She is active and likes to go on walks, she can be a pull and needs to be reminded to walk nicely. She loves to cuddle on the couch and snuggle in bed with you. She gives lots and lots of kisses. She loves to play ball and keeps herself amused for hours.

She is very good with children and we are recommending children over the age of 7 years who are respectable around dogs.

Baby Girl should be the only dog in the home as she can be quite bossy with other dogs.  She is fine with cats that are used to dogs.  If the cat is afraid and runs then Baby Girls think the game of chase in on.

A fully fenced in yard in a must.

TERRIFIC TWYLA – ADOPTION PENDING

Breed: Labrador Retriever and Shepherd
Sex: Female
Age: 1 year old
Size: Medum 55 pounds
Health: Good Health, vet checked, fully vaccinated including rabies, flea treatments, fully dewormed, heart worm negative, spayed and micro chipped
Adoption Fee: $400.00

This wonderful year old female Lab Shepherd mix is pretty near perfect. She has been working hard on her basic obedience skills and manners. She has lots of energy to burn so she is looking for a forever home with another dog with equal energy who likes to play but already has great obedience and manners in place.

Twyla loves to play fetch, whether it be chasing a stick or playing ball. She is very agile and would do wonderful in any competitive dog sport such as agility, flyball or disc.

This sweet and loving girl just loves to lounge with her people once she gets her daily exercise. She loves to be petted and cuddled and talked to. She is super smart and so willing to please and will do almost anything for a liver treat. She has had exposure to dogs of all sizes and is great with all. She has also been around children. No exposure to cats, so we are not recommending a home with cats.

Twyla’s forever home should be one with a fully fenced in secure backyard as apartment living would not be suitable. As well, we would like Twyla to have another doggy companion who is similar in size and play style which is energetic and rambunctious. If there are children in the home they should be over the age of 10 years.

If you are interested in meeting Twyla and think she may be the fit for you please go to our website at http://www.aarf-rescue.com/adopt/
